Design your very own Christmas wreath to hang pride of place on your front door over this festive period. Once you've found your station, filled up on mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies and nibbles we will start by demonstrating the sustainable methods behind making a christmas wreath with a moss base. You are then free to be as creative and wild as you please by adorning your wreath with a selection of fresh foliage and ingredients to include eucalyptus, berries, twigs, dried flowers, ferns, feathers and the list goes on, all whilst having a giggle with your friends listening to christmas music.
We will be foraging as much as possible beforehand for all sorts of natural ingredients and encourage you to do the same. Next time you are out on a crisp autumnal woodland walk, keep an eye out for bits and bobs to fill your coat pockets with and bring them along so we can help show you the techniques of how to add these to your wreath for a special personal touch. Otherwise we will have plenty to choose from, don't worry.
